Stripe is the payment processor used by Teachable to process card payments. Stripe charges charges customers of this school in the currency specified on the checkout page. Per Stripe's documentation, a customer's bank may then add up to two types of additional charges:

  1. A conversion fee to exchange the payment from the currency of this School to the customer's local currency (if different).
  2. A foreign transaction fee if the customer is based outside of the United Kingdom.

These charges are not levied by the school and cannot be reimbursed by the School. If you are not sure if these charges will be levied, prior to purchase you should consult with your bank.


5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

8. Refund Requests

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us.

All refund requests of any nature must be made within 180 days of your original purchase and in writing to [email protected].

Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.

Refund requests made over 30 days from the date of purchase cannot be refunded via the original payment method on the Teachable platform and must be refunded via PayPal to an account of your choice.

You therefore agree to provide a suitable PayPal account for reimbursement after the 30-day period has passed.

The refunded amount does not cover any fees levied for accepting the refund by your payment provider.
